http://gentooexperimental.org/~patri...5T19_08_48.txt

salve a tutti!

lspci |grep VGA
Codice:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: ATI Technologies Inc RV280 [Radeon 9200 PRO] (rev 01)
glxinfo |grep render
Codice:
direct rendering: Yes
OpenGL renderer string: Software Rasterizer
Codice:
293 frames in 5.0 seconds = 58.581 FPS
299 frames in 5.0 seconds = 59.638 FPS
297 frames in 5.0 seconds = 59.394 FPS

sisi, uso debian squeeze.
Codice:
$ dpkg -l|grep firmware
ii firmware-linux 0.18 Binary firmware for various drivers in the Linux kernel

Uff.

Carica tutto in automatico.

Intanto posta solo
dmesg | grep drm
e
dmesg | grep agp

ecco il dmesg|grep drm:
Codice:
$ dmesg |grep drm
[   19.844139] [drm] Initialized drm 1.1.0 20060810
[   19.861767] [drm] Initialized radeon 1.30.0 20080528 for 0000:01:00.0 on minor 0
[ 20.283286] [drm] Setting GART location based on new memory map
[   20.283720] [drm] Loading R200 Microcode
[ 20.345043] [drm:radeon_do_init_cp] *ERROR* Failed to load firmware!
ed quello per l'agp:
Codice:
$ dmesg |grep agp
[   19.771967] Linux agpgart interface v0.103
inoltre ho notato una cosa moooooolto strana (imho)
Codice:
$ dmesg |grep radeon
[   19.861767] [drm] Initialized radeon 1.30.0 20080528 for 0000:01:00.0 on minor 0
[   20.283728] platform radeon_cp.0: firmware: requesting radeon/R200_cp.bin
[   20.345034] radeon_cp: Failed to load firmware "radeon/R200_cp.bin"
[ 20.345043] [drm:radeon_do_init_cp] *ERROR* Failed to load firmware!
Codice:
$ dpkg -L firmware-linux | grep R200_cp.bin
/lib/firmware/radeon/R200_cp.bin
-----EDIT-----
