Sì, basta che li metti in /usr/portage/distfile, però devono corrispondere alla versione che vuoi installare, e devono avere lo stesso md5 (quindi stesso formato e compressione) di quello che c'è scitto nell'ebuild. Altrimenti li puoi scaricare da qualche altra gentoo (con l'adsl) facende emerge -f nomepacchetto
