Problemi con NET Framework 3.5

Buongiorno a tutti, devo installare un programma per la creazione di siti Internet WebSite X5 Evolution che mi richiede l'installazione di NET Framework 3.5, ho provato in 1000 modi ma non riesco. Quando cerco di scaricarlo da Windows Update esce la scritta: Impossibile connettersi a internet per scaricare i file necessari codici di errore 0x800F0906.
Ho cercato questi tre aggiornamenti che bloccherebbero installazione ma non li trovo: KB2966826, KB2966827, KB2966828
ho provato questo suggerimento da Microsoft ma non funziona: https://support.microsoft.com/it-it/hel ... ,-0x800f09
ho provato ad attivarlo in: attivazione o disattivazione delle funzionalità di Windows ma alla fine esce il messaggio di mancata connessione. Cos'altro posso fare?
Il mio sistema operativo è Windows 8.1 64 bit.

Dalla colonna di sinistra Attivazione... funzionalità di Windows l'avevo già provato come già scritto sopra, ho già provato anche a scaricarlo da siti alternativi ma alla fine non si installa esce sempre la scritta: impossibile connettersi a Internet
ho provato anche ad installarlo offline con questo software Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Offline Installer, alla fine dice che è installato ma purtroppo non è così.
Avevo pensato di disinstallare le versioni più avanzate installate che ne dite si può fare?

Windows 8.1 ha già almeno il framework 4.5 installato.
Non devi fare nient'altro.

Purtroppo questo programma mi richiede la versione 3.5 che non è installata
Mi risulta installata questa versione v4.0.30319 Dici che non posso disinstallarla?

se hai il framework 4 installato il programma deve girare.
I framework superiori soddisfano i requisiti di quelli inferiori.

Se vuoi installa direttamente il 4.7:

Se non funziona il programma il motivo è qualcos'altro.

trovo strano che non vada perché il computer precedente aveva la stessa versione di sistema operativo

Buongiorno il 4.7 me lo dà già installato, Ho riprovato con l'istallazione del programma ma esce sempre la scritta che serve l'istallazione del 3.5…
Posso disinstallare il 4. 7 per provare a installare il 3.5 o creo qualche problema. Grazie

Ritenta l'installazione del 3.5.
Teoricamente non crea alcun conflitto.

Ho letto che la causa del problema potrebbe essere l'installazione di nET Framework 3.5 Language Pack, Che andrebbe installato dopo; come faccio a sapere se è quella la causa?

comunque sì, ricordo che alcuni programmi scritti con i piedi richiedevano una particolare specifica versione di net-fw (o asp.net o quel che era) per funzionare, quindi non mi meraviglio più di tanto
ma di solito le allegavano tra le sottocartelle del cd/dvd/pacchetto di installazione

anni (decenni) fa con molte riviste di informatica venivano allegati dei dischi ottici che tra le varie cose contenevano utility, programmi e librerie varie per farli funzionare, non sarebbe strano trovare il pacchetto net-fw 3.5 (usa) in uno di questi dischi ottici
magari ce l'hai (come me) in soffitta e te ne sei scordato ;)

Secondo me si, però ho visto che ci sono tante di quelle varianti proverò a controllare tutto.
Il colpevole è Website X5 Evolution 10, non è il più aggiornato ma è un programma per la costruzione di siti Internet.
Io non sono un esperto come avrai ben capito, mi serve solo per la gestione di un sito
Ma dopo una formattazione obbligata non mi si installa più. Ho provato a disiinstallare tutte le versioni successive con NET Framework Cleanup Tool, però la versione 4 non la disinstalla, anzi non la legge neanche. Grazie

Mi arrendo ho deciso di aggiornare il programma…
