Ho recentemente attivato una linea FTTH 2.5 Gbps (1 Gbps in upload) con l'operatore Pianetafibra ma ho da subito riscontrato un problema con la velocità di upload che risulta limitata.

Di seguito tutti i dettagli:

ONT: "Sercom FG1000R" con uscita LAN 2.5 Gbps
Router: "Asus GT-AX6000" con porta 1 WAN e 1 LAN 2.5 Gbps (Driver aggiornati all'ultima versione)
Scheda di rete su scheda madre "Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (WI-FI)": Realtek RTL8125-CG 2.5 Gbps (Driver aggiornati all'ultima versione)

La banda in upload è limitata a circa 300 Mbps nel solo caso in cui il router è collegato alla porta LAN "Realtek RTL8125-CG 2.5 Gbps" del PC, ma esclusivamente se questa ha come impostazione di negoziazione "2.5 Gbps Full Duplex".

Se invece imposto "1.0 Gbps Full Duplex", la velocità di upload viene correttamente saturata, lo stesso accade se collego il router al PC da una delle porta LAN 1 Gbps.

Evidentemente c'è un problema di comunicazione tra la WAN 2.5 del router e la 2.5 del PC solo in "2.5 Gbps Full Duplex".
Ho disabilitato tutte le opzioni presenti nelle opzioni della scheda in "Gestione dispositivi", ma non è servito a nulla.

Con l'ONT direttamente collegato al PC il problema, solo con lo speedtest che trovate qui sotto c'è, con altri test invece la velocità in upload è vicina ai 900 Mbps.
