Aggiungo un'utile informazione trovata sul forum di mandrakeitalia:
Per motivi di compatibilita' la Mandriva One utilizza un kernel compilato per i586 invece che per i686 come sulla Free. L'effetto di cio' e' che tale kernel non vede quantitativi di memoria superiori ad 1GB.
Ovviamente e' sempre possibile aggiornare il kernel in seguito, ma per una persona alle prime armi credo sia meglio partire installando la Free.
